Description:
Schizophrenic allows your Palm to have a different personality (Username, ROM ID, OS String) for every program on your Palm.

Update Description:
- Allows user config of 1 app+personality through config form.
- Stores personality in an external database (schizophrenicDB).
- Allows user to config userID in addition to userName.
