OK, this is just for fun... :-)
PalmPuke, when enabled, installs two ample sound effects for removal and insertion of external cards.
The program needs a PalmOS 5 device with a speaker of course.
Inspiration came from a program I saw many years ago for the Mac called MacPuke which provided a sound effect for the diskette eject action.
Being a man of a simple sense of humour I thought it would be fun to have the same thing on my Palm.
Update Description:
version 0.5, 2003-03-31:
- It is now possible to have different sounds for eject and insert
- It is possible to elect ot have either or both silent (perish the thought)
- There is a volume setting as well
- It is possible to test the sounds in the application
- There are more sounds to choose between

This little app is especially useful on my Zodiac. It handles both SD cards and is louder on the soft setting than it is on the loud setting of my Zire 72 or Tungsten E. Thanks again!

My god this is freakin' hilarious. PERFECT for those like myself who delight in toilet humor. This works perfectly on my Tungsten E & I love the fact that you used a Simpsons sound bite(the belch is Barney's- yes, I am a loser & have seen every Simpsons episode & can quote anything Homer has ever said & I know exactly what Barney's burp sounds like).

Unfortunately, this won't run on my Sony Clie NX70V. Couldn't even sample the effect. Perhaps a new version will run on my machine someday.
