Great program! Only 7K and gives you all the basic information any Palm user needs and best of all ITS FREE! Great!!

Any application which provides such basic brief information about the Palm you are using (ie Palm user name, ROM id, date/time) should by necessity fulfil these requirements:
1) Be small in file size, anything more than 25 kB is unacceptable if only such basic information is provided
2) Be uncomplicated, ie be a free standing application/program (one downloadable/installable component only)
3) Totally freeware.
I have had a freeware program for at least 2 years called Palm Name 3.0, which shows you UserName, User ID, ROM ID, and OS version, and more importantly, lets you change the user name at will. This program, takes up only 7 kB. I recommend, fulfil the above criteria and you have an acceptable program.
