Install OpenSync and set up the palm apps you use. To convert files, all you need to do is to save them in drive P:. Make the basic settings, and simply click convert, OpenSync will take care of the rest.
Copy multiple files to P:, or files with different formats at the same time, it's all easier with OpenSync.
