Having trouble seeing the Palm Taxi Easter Egg? Now there is a solution.
Taxi! Taxi! is a Palm application that accurately reproduces the action of the Taxi driving across the screen.
Taxi! Taxi! uses the actual image of the Taxi that is hidden in your handhelds Read Only Memory (ROM) and animates the Taxi across the screen much like the actual Taxi Easter Egg does.
All you have to do is HotSync the TaxiTaxi.prc file to your handheld and run it.
In a couple of seconds after Taxi! Taxi! is run you will see a Taxi drive across your screen.

Nice little program, but if you're looking for random easter egg software, check out www.eeggs.com/items/524.html (www.eeggs.com). I haven't tried them yet myself. So far I've just used the ones that were hidden on my Tapwave Zodiac. Oh, if you want to find them on whatever PDA you use, draw a small counterclockwise or clockwise circle in the bottom right corner of your Preferences screen. It may take a while to get the circle right, so be patient. At least that's the method on my Zodiac. Also check out the free PalmRoach software, available here at FreewarePalm.com

I agree that it's not as fun when it only appears on command. Also, I don't like the fact that whenever it is done showing the taxi, the mobilityware title screen always pops up. Even with these problems, this is still a fun application to have!

Does what it says. Works on my T3. It's not quite as much fun to have the Taxi appear on command as it is when it appears randomly, but if you don't like that idea, don't download it.
