The Stamp (postage) Amount Calculator, this program can calculate your stamp amount for U.S. domestic letter, and first class letter via airmail from United States to the overseas countries (include Canada and Mexico).
The new version 0.7.10 supports the new postage amount (39 cents for the first class letter, effective by Jan. 8, 2006).
You can also select the weight unit between gram (metric) and ounce (oz).

This does not seem to be the new version inside the zip file. It is 0.7.9 from 2002 and is for the old postage rate of 37 cents. Looks like a fairly good program though. I would like to see more fields available for stamps instead of only 4. Hopefully the developer took care of this in his new version.
