Description:
A Depth-of-Field calculator, designed to allow the photographer to set the relevent parameters and get the result as quickly as possible.

The aperture, lens selection, and distance are all set via buttons or sliders, and do not require graffiti inputs.

Update Description:
- Support toggling between absolute and relative distance.
- Minor bugfixes.
