CarPal is a car loan calculator, given the proper values it can calculate the base price, down payment, or monthly payment.
CarPal is a free tool for perspective car buyers, and possibly dealers, to aid in finding a car that is in your price range before you get in the dealer's office. It also could be used to keep track of different offers that you may get from dealership to dealership.
It also has beaming capabilities.
